Refund Policy 
At India Studies a unit of MV Eduventures Private Limited, we aim to provide high-quality coaching and ensure the satisfaction of our students. We understand that there may be circumstances where a student may wish to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both the student and the institute. This refund policy is for our 90 Days Vocab Challenge course only 
Eligibility Criteria for Refund
1.	Regular Attendance Requirement:
o	A student must attend regular classes for a minimum of 15 days from the date of enrollment.
o	The 15 days are counted from the first day of the classes attended by the student.
2.	Refund Request Window:
o	After completing the initial 15 days of regular attendance, the student has a 3-day window to request a refund.
o	The refund request must be made within this 3-day period. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
Refund Request Process
1.	Submission of Request:
o	The student must submit a written refund request via email to [info@indiastudies.com] or The request should include the student’s name, enrollment ID, the course they are enrolled in, and the reason for requesting a refund.
2.	Verification and Processing:
o	Upon receiving the refund request, our administration team will verify the attendance records to ensure the student has met the 15-day regular attendance requirement.
o	The refund request will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
3.	Return of Study Material:
o	The student must return all free study materials provided by the institute.
o	The return of the study material must be done at the student’s cost via courier.
o	The study materials should be returned in good condition to the following address: [56/123, Rajat path Mansarowar Jaipur 302020].
o	The refund process will only proceed after the study materials have been received and verified by the institute.
Refund Amount
1.	Calculation of Refund:
o	The refund amount will be calculated based on the total fees paid by the student, minus any applicable charges such as registration fees, material costs, and administrative fees.
o	If any promotional discounts were applied at the time of enrollment, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
2.	Mode of Refund:
o	Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment that was used during the original transaction (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
o	For cash payments, the refund will be processed via bank transfer, and the student will need to provide bank account details.
Important Points to Note
•	Non-Refundable Charges: Certain fees are non-refundable, including registration fees, material costs, and any other specified non-refundable charges.
•	Partial Attendance: If a student discontinues the classes before completing the 15-day requirement, they will not be eligible for a refund.
•	Refund for Special Programs: For certain specialized courses or programs, separate refund policies may apply, and these will be communicated to the students at the time of enrollment.
•	Condition of Study Materials: If the returned study materials are found to be damaged or not in a reusable condition, the cost of the materials will be deducted from the refund amount.
